Mold in Residential Basement

A basement and living room was flooded in an upscale neighborhood while a husband and his wife were out of town. You can see in the before photo the amount of microbial growth he found on the drywall upon his arrival home. The after photo shows the remediation services that SERVPRO of South Albany County provided completely finished and sealed in order to prevent further growth in the basement. After the affected area was tested by a mold assessment consultant, the home was cleared for the customer to return home. The customer is happy that he has a fresh start and can turn the basement into something spectacular!
