Hot Water Tanks Leaks And Causes Flooding In Office Building
An office building suffered some water damage after a hot water tank leaked. The hot water tank was located in a janitorial closet on the 6th floor of the building and leaked down to the 5th and 4th floors, causing water damage to three floors of the building. As you can see in the photo on the left, the carpet in the hallway(s) was affected by the flooding. SERVPRO technicians arrived onsite within an hour of receiving the emergency call and extracted any standing water that was still present and set equipment to begin the drying process.
